Getting help for jobBuddy is pretty easy. While we do have a help forum available, you are more likely to get a timely response by using the support tracker. Below is a three step guide on getting started.

1. First, click here to make sure that someone else has not already asked the same question. ;)
2. Second, you will need have have a Sourceforge account. If you don't have one, don't worry! It does not take long to make one.
3. Finally, click here to make the request. Set the category to "Unknown" and the group to your version of the software. Also, please be patient. No one is hired to work on jobBuddy.
